Congratulations! You have made to the very end of LUNA. This week, we will look back at what you have worked on since the beginning of the program (and celebrate!). We will also plan for how you will manage your anxiety in the future.
Review Your Progress
Neil and Sally have come to the end of LUNA, too! They have been thinking about how much things have changed since they first started. They realized that so many things have gotten easier for them:
Neil learned that with a mission plan, he was able to practice getting used to and facing his fears. Neil is now able to sleep in his room on his own, and he is so proud of himself! Neil is able to get better sleep which helps him feel better and do his best the next day. His parents are also super proud of him!
Sally and her mom are very proud of themselves for reaching the end of LUNA! Sally is now able to go up to other kids and play with them. She also can use public bathrooms with her mom. Although Sally has other anxieties to work on, she feels confident that she will be able to practice and face those fears soon. Go Sally!
Now, it's your turn. With your parent鈥檚 help, take some time to think back on where you started and how far you have come by answering the questions on the worksheet below. Then celebrate how awesome you are!
