Dr. N. Thao N. Galván receives Professional Educator Appreciation Award
Dr. N. Thao N. Galván has received a Professional Educator Appreciation Award (PEAR) award from the ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ of Medicine Curriculum Committee Student Representatives. The PEAR awards were recently founded by BCM students to recognize their teachers and faculty for excellence in teaching, mentorship, and/or for outstanding general assistance and inspiration.
Dr. Galván is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Abdominal Transplantation in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ of Medicine who specializes in adult and pediatric liver and kidney transplantations.
