Dr. Gulde is a native Texan who joined the Baylor Endocrinology faculty in 2025. He is a clinician-educator who is particularly interested in treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and pituitary disorders. He devotes the majority of his time seeing patients within the Harris Health System.
