We provide our services to anyone in the academic community.
For people outside the Texas Medical Center community tissue or slides will need to be shipped to us and finished slides will need to be shipped back – all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, preferably by sending us an electronic shipping label (FedEx or UPS).

In order to qualify for the IDDRC discount the PI needs to be a confirmed member of the centers in question.

Internal BCM customers have to have a valid account number available in iLabs.Talk to your administrator or PI if you don’t have an available account listed. You can also email ilabs-support@bcm.edu for help.
External (non-BCM) customers have to provide a PO# that will cover the estimated cost of the study before we start the experiments. The core can provide an estimate that might be needed to generate a PO.
