Professional Statement
My research aims to elucidate the role of genetic and environmental etiological factors in cancer and to define the precise molecular and cellular events and genetic polymorphisms intersecting with toxicants and infectious pathogens responsible for the epidemiological association, cancer initiation and progression, and clinical outcomes. The translational objective of my research is to develop novel small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, and vaccines for cancer prevention and intervention.
