As an infectious disease epidemiologist, my expertise lies in unraveling the epidemiologic patterns of vector-borne and neglected tropical diseases, with a focus on developing targeted interventions through epidemiological investigations and spatial analyses. I am driven by the challenge of understanding the complex interactions between "place" and health outcomes, particularly how socioeconomic and built environmental factors influence vector abundance and disease transmission.
