Professional Statement
Dr Meghna Raphael provides medical subspecialty care for teens and young adults at Texas Children’s Hospital and the BCM Teen Health Clinic. She believes in providing holistic care and emphasizing on both physical and mental health. She works with an interdisciplinary team in order to provide comprehensive services including nutritional education and psychological counseling. She believes that providing guidance in the health choices a young adolescent makes, is the key to laying the foundation for a healthy adulthood. Her clinical interests include medical management of gynecological problems such as polycystic ovary syndrome, obesity, and eating disorders.
