Professional Statement

I am a pediatric pulmonologist who does both ambulatory and inpatient care of children up to age 21 years. I am the Chief of the Pulmonary Clinics at Texas Children's Hospital. I do clinical research including as a site for the American Lung Association Airways Clinical Research Network. In addition to my MD degree, I have a doctorate in Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. I am the Associate Editor for Patient Education for the American Thoracic Society.
