With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science and a postdoctoral fellowship in Academic Administration from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, I bring a wealth of expertise in guiding students through STEM careers.
As the Director of the Student Opportunities for Advancement in Research (SOAR) Office at ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ of Medicine, I design and oversee innovative research training programs for medical students. My efforts focus on professional development, creating engaging educational experiences, and using data-driven strategies to connect students with mentors and research opportunities that match their interests. My mission is to help students build successful careers, navigate the challenges of academic research, and achieve clarity in their professional goals.
