Professional Statement
My primary focus throughout my career has been on process improvement and program and project management to help organizations achieve their goals. Applying skills and experience garnered over more than twenty years at several of high performing businesses and my Six Sigma training, I work closely with the Provost to develop and apply research-based processes and procedures throughout all education initiatives to ensure efficient and effective operations and strategic planning.
I also work with leadership in the President’s Office, Office of the Provost and throughout the College to identify expected outcomes, assess the extent to which we are achieving these outcomes, and provide evidence of improvement based on analysis of results.
My goal is to facilitate ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ of Medicine’s ongoing, integrated, and institution-wide planning and evaluations process that incorporates a systematic review of our mission, goals and outcomes; results in continuous improvement in institutional quality and demonstrates the College is accomplishing our mission.
