GlyGen

During my work on the GlyGen project (https://www.glygen.org), I created high-quality, machine learning–ready glycan and glycosylation datasets, developed training models, and prepared technical reports to support the glycoscience community. I conducted data integration and curation of protein- and glycan-related datasets for the GlyGen knowledgebase, while also writing Bash scripts to test and ensure the quality of software, tools, and datasets within the GlyGen Linux server. In addition, I developed and tested quality control pipelines for new and existing datasets, and collaborated closely with a team of glycobiologists, data engineers, and bioinformaticians to design new features, expand data types, and add cross-references to enhance the GlyGen knowledgebase.
