As System Executive and Medical Director of Casa de Amigos Health Center, I lead quality improvement initiatives that address long-term health challenges, foster faculty engagement, and promote professional growth through education, mentoring, and research. My approach to healthcare blends professionalism, advocacy, and lifelong learning to ensure patients receive exceptional care. I support medical students and residents through curriculum development, implementation, facilitation, and clinical preceptorship to equip them with the essential knowledge and skills to become exceptional healthcare providers and ethical leaders. I have refined my skills through programs like the Faculty Development Fellowship and an MBA in Health Organization Leadership.
