Professional Statement
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care, integrating the physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors that shape each woman’s experience. As a reproductive psychiatrist and sleep specialist, I help patients make sense of their symptoms across the reproductive lifespan and guide them toward treatments that promote clarity, stability, and well-being. I am passionate about equipping women with practical tools for self-compassion, resilience, and informed decision-making so they can feel empowered in their mental health care.
