Since 2020, the Gambia Safe Labor and Delivery Project - partnering with the Mendenhall Foundation, Horizons Trust, and the Ministry of Health - has introduced modular Smart Pods and trained local healthcare workers. This initiative is transforming maternal care and saving lives across the country.
