Professional Statement
Dr. Galina Toneva graduated from Rice University with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 2008 and earned her M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 2013. Following medical school, Dr. Toneva completed the General Surgery Residency Program as well as the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship (2018-2019) at ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ of Medicine.
